Description
Micron Technology is hiring an Embedded Software Design Engineer Lead for its Systems Integration Group. The role is a 50/50 people leader and technical contributor responsible for supervising 4–6 system and embedded software engineers, mentoring and managing their performance, and helping meet design commitments. The engineer will develop and debug bare-metal and Linux software, C++ and Python code, hardware, and custom semiconductor test equipment, while collaborating with software, electrical, controls, and mechanical engineers. The position requires an engineering degree, at least five years of similar technical experience, C++ and Linux proficiency, and familiarity with hardware debugging, schematics, PCB layouts, and laboratory equipment.
