Description
LAT Aerospace is hiring a full-time Embedded System Engineer for its cross-program core team. The role develops firmware across drivers, hardware interfaces, real-time systems, control logic, communications, and application-level software for microcontrollers and embedded processors. Responsibilities include building hardware interfaces, implementing communication protocols, developing control and diagnostic systems, debugging firmware and hardware, validating systems, and maintaining software architecture and release processes. The preferred profile includes at least three years of professional experience in high-reliability systems, strong C/C++ and embedded software skills, ARM microcontroller experience, embedded debugging expertise, communication-protocol knowledge, and familiarity with aerospace safety-critical development practices.
