The Embedded Systems Cyber Security Engineer will develop hardware-near embedded software in C++ for STM32 microcontrollers, integrate software in RTOS environments, and secure medical devices. The role covers cybersecurity risk management, secure system architecture, threat modeling, security controls, penetration testing, vulnerability management, regulatory documentation, and security process development. Candidates need a relevant degree, 5–8 years of embedded systems experience, strong C++ and RTOS knowledge, and familiarity with medical-device cybersecurity standards. The position is based in Duderstadt, Lower Saxony, with mobile working within Germany.
