Description
Linamar is hiring an Embedded Systems Engineer to lead the integration, configuration, validation, and release of embedded software in MCU-based automotive controllers. The role covers firmware, middleware, application software, model-based development, AUTOSAR or custom platforms, build systems, continuous integration, diagnostics, communication stacks, HIL and vehicle testing, and cross-functional coordination with controls, calibration, hardware, validation, and supplier teams. Candidates need a four-year engineering or technology degree and 5–10+ years of embedded software integration, development, or validation experience, along with expertise in automotive systems, debugging, configuration management, and cross-functional collaboration.
