Nomad Global Communication Solutions is hiring a full-time, mid-level Embedded Systems Engineer II for its Columbia Falls, Montana facility. The role designs, develops, integrates, tests, and supports embedded hardware and firmware for Nomad Total Command and related products, using C/C++, Linux, CAN, SPI, I²C, UART, Ethernet, and other embedded protocols. Responsibilities include firmware development, hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, reliability and fault-tolerance design, production support, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires onsite training, offers a salary of $60,800 to $80,750 depending on experience, and requires United States citizenship and compliance with Federal Contractor employee requirements; H1B sponsorship is not supported.
