Description
The Industrialization Engineer will lead the industrialization of optronic products in a high-tech environment, coordinating R&D, industrialization, process, and test equipment teams. Responsibilities include managing production equipment, defining integration and testing requirements, validating MTS and ATS specifications, preparing STB specifications and validation plans, managing tooling and test-bench engineering, and supporting concurrent engineering and product freeze activities. The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent, experience in technical project management, preferably in aerospace, defense, or space, and proficiency with Office Suite, MyPLM, and XATIS.
