FERCHAU is hiring an Embedded Systems Software Developer focused on safety and testing to develop hardware-near embedded software for microcontroller solutions in C/C++. The role covers requirements analysis, software architecture, functional-safety development, test concepts, automated and manual testing, hardware commissioning, test-automation tools, and signal-processing and communication interfaces. Candidates need a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field, embedded C/C++ experience, microcontroller knowledge, and experience with software testing and automation tools; functional safety and Automotive SPICE knowledge are preferred. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, performance-based compensation, and an annual gross salary for 40 hours per week.
