Description
The Embedded Systems Software Engineer will design, implement, test, and validate firmware and embedded applications for multi-processor systems, including video and image processing, camera-processor integration, system bring-up, debugging, and customer and developer tools. The role requires at least four years of embedded software development experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong C and RTOS debugging skills, and familiarity with the software development lifecycle. Preferred qualifications include BSP, communication protocol, heterogeneous multi-core, automotive or safety-critical, AUTOSAR, and secure-key technologies experience. The expected compensation is CAD $90,000–$130,000 per year plus benefits, bonus, and equity where applicable.
