Description
Ralliant is seeking an embedded systems validation and verification engineer to validate industrial real-time monitoring systems used in grid monitoring, gas-insulated switchgear, and power generation applications. The role develops and executes hardware, firmware, software, integration, regulatory, and environmental test plans; builds automated test tools, frameworks, simulation environments, and hardware-in-the-loop systems; investigates complex issues using laboratory and network-analysis equipment; and collaborates across engineering teams using Agile Scrum. Candidates need an engineering degree, at least three years of relevant embedded validation or hardware verification experience, programming or scripting ability, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Preferred experience includes industrial protocols, precision timing, Linux, Git, serial interfaces, grid-power applications, and cybersecurity testing.
