Description
Apple is hiring an EMC Design Engineer to evaluate, design, and optimize electromagnetic compatibility solutions for products. The role reviews mechanical designs, PCB schematics and layouts, and vendor component specifications; develops and supervises EMC test plans; defines validation requirements; troubleshoots EMC failures; and analyzes design data to recommend improvements. The position requires a BSEE or equivalent experience, at least two years of EMC experience or advanced education, and familiarity with EMC, ESD, RF, and signal integrity. Preferred qualifications include electromagnetic modeling, ITE product testing, MATLAB scripting, EMC laboratory equipment, and knowledge of international EMC standards.
