Description
Google is hiring a full-time EMC/ESD Hardware Engineer to lead electromagnetic compatibility and electrostatic discharge strategies from product concept through production release. The role designs schematics and high-density PCB layouts, develops grounding and ESD resilience, executes system-level EMC experiments, manages trade-offs across hardware disciplines, supports external manufacturers, and uses laboratory instrumentation and electromagnetic modeling to validate product reliability. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least two years of EMC or hardware engineering experience.
