Google is hiring an EMC Test Engineer to own the hardware development lifecycle for complex computing infrastructure, including EMC and ESD testing, offline EUT bring-up, compliance certification, root-cause failure analysis, and design mitigation recommendations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field, two years of hardware testing experience, and two years of hardware compliance or validation experience. Preferred qualifications include a master’s or PhD, four years of compliance testing and root-cause analysis experience, and knowledge of global regulatory standards.
