Description

Bacardi is seeking an EMEA CIT Analyst to manage corporate income tax compliance processes across EMEA, with particular focus on Poland, Switzerland, and France. The role involves preparing and submitting tax filings and payments, extracting and reviewing SAP data, coordinating with local finance teams, tax advisors, and Bacardi Enterprise Services, reconciling tax accounts, supporting tax technology and electronic invoicing, documenting and improving processes, monitoring tax law changes, and assisting with audits. Candidates should have accounting or business administration education, at least 2–3 years of tax filing and broader accounting experience, SAP and Microsoft Office skills, strong analytical ability, fluent English, and preferably experience with relevant country tax filings, VAT, shared services, or Big Four environments.
