Description
Avient is hiring a 24-month rotational engineering program participant starting 1 October 2026. The program begins in St Andreu, Barcelona, continues in Vic, Barcelona, and includes a visit to an Avient manufacturing site abroad. Participants rotate through engineering, production, technology, plant management, EH&S, and finance, gaining experience in CAPEX, project management, equipment design and validation, automation and digitalization, maintenance, and data management. Successful completion leads to a leading engineering role in St Andreu, Barcelona. The role requires a relevant engineering degree, up to two years of experience, PLC and automation exposure, English and Spanish fluency, and a valid EU Category B driving license.
