Eaton is hiring an EMEA Services Resources Manager to own the deployment, development, and performance of Installation & Commissioning resources across the EMEA region. The role covers workforce planning, capacity planning, regional resource deployment, project readiness, technical leadership, EHS and electrical safety, subcontractor management, utilization and budget control, and performance monitoring. Candidates need experience leading teams in large-scale construction or data centre environments, service operations, power distribution, electrical installation, commissioning, and resource planning, along with knowledge of technical documentation and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
