Sanity.io is hiring an EMEA Solution Engineering Manager to lead and develop the region’s Solution Engineering team, coach engineers through discovery, demos, POVs, architecture and security reviews, and support high-impact deals. The role partners with Sales, Product, and Marketing; owns regional forecasting and pipeline hygiene; and improves presales tooling and technical win rates. Candidates should have experience managing B2B SaaS solutions engineering or presales teams, strong technical knowledge of APIs, data models, integrations, and modern architecture, and familiarity with content workflows or digital experience platforms.
