The Larimer County Sheriff's Office is hiring full-time, in-person Emergency Communications Operators (9-1-1 Dispatchers) to receive and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatch law enforcement, fire, ambulance, and other agencies, maintain radio and computer communications, record emergency information, and coordinate search-and-rescue and disaster-response efforts. The role requires shift work, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, along with a typing speed of 40 wpm, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR and EMD certification.
