Description
Tunstall is hiring a permanent, part-time Emergency Helpline Operator to work in its 24/7 Response Centre. The role involves answering service-user calls, assessing the most appropriate follow-up action, contacting emergency services or personal contacts, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and providing reassurance and support. The position requires at least 24 hours per week, includes 5–6 weeks of full-time onsite training, and pays EUR 14.15 per hour after training, equivalent to EUR 17,659 per year for 24 hours per week.
