Description
Provide timely pre-hospital basic life support care and transportation of sick and injured patients in accordance with Acadian Ambulance standards. The role includes patient assessment, basic life support treatment within EMT-Basic scope, safe ambulance driving and transport, patient documentation, equipment checks, station duties, supply ordering, and maintaining readiness of the ambulance and equipment. The posting appears to be for an EMT-Basic role requiring current EMT course enrollment, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and eventual national and/or state EMT certification.
