NG Bailey is hiring a permanent, full-time Emergency Preparedness Advisor for the Hinkley Point C construction project in Bridgewater, Somerset. The role supports managers and leads in maintaining emergency preparedness and fire safety capabilities, including monitoring work areas and hot work, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, reviewing escape routes and emergency lighting, developing rescue plans, supporting fire drills and alarm tests, delivering toolbox talks, mentoring supervisors, and conducting compliance inspections and audits. Applicants need relevant emergency preparedness experience, knowledge of confined-space regulations, strong communication skills, and BPSS security vetting.
