The role involves leading strategic planning, managing logistics and finance, overseeing program quality, ensuring technical compliance, facilitating communication, and contributing to institutional knowledge. This position requires a candidate with over five years of experience in the humanitarian sector, preferably within an international NGO, who possesses strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
