Description

Southeast Emergency Response is hiring a part-time Emergency Response Chief to serve as a liaison between the company and the Nashville-area fire service community. The role focuses on building relationships with fire departments, EMS agencies, emergency management organizations, and community partners; representing the company at industry events; maintaining CRM records; and developing referral opportunities. A high school diploma or GED is required, while experience in fire service, EMS, emergency management, or related public safety roles is preferred.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications: Existing relationships and credibility within the Nashville-area fire service community
Current or former fire service, fire marshal, inspector, instructor, or EMS professional
Active participation in local fire department, EMS, or emergency management organizations
Experience working closely with fire departments, emergency responders, or public safety agencies
Established professional network within Middle Tennessee emergency services
Experience with CRM systems, relationship management, or data tracking
Exceptional professionalism and relationship-building skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to engage effectively with fire chiefs, command staff, and community leaders
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a part-time capacity
Strong local knowledge of the Nashville and Middle Tennessee fire service community
