Tunstall is hiring full-time Emergency Call Centre Operators for its Australian and New Zealand teams. The role answers medical and duress alarm calls, dispatches emergency services when needed, provides reassurance, follows protocols, and supports accidental or test alarms. It is based at the Eagle Farm office with hybrid work opportunities for some shifts after training, requires a rotating 24/7 roster including weekend and night shifts, and offers above-award pay, annual leave, and other benefits.
