QM Environmental is hiring an Emergency Response Team Lead in Edmonton, Alberta to lead hands-on environmental emergency response operations. The role involves enforcing health and safety policies, participating in an on-call roster, traveling on short notice, coordinating personnel and equipment, developing defensive and offensive response strategies, supporting training and team development, and mentoring ERT members. Required qualifications include an Alberta driver's license and several NFPA and rescue certifications, while chemical handling, hazardous waste, spill response, incident command, and industrial equipment experience are preferred.
