Description
AAA is hiring a Roadside Assistance Trainee to begin in a trainee role and advance to a full position after completing the training program. The role combines roadside towing and service, battery sales, member satisfaction, operational compliance, and promotion of other club products. It pays $20.10 per hour plus an incentive opportunity and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits. Applicants need a valid New York State driver’s license with at least one year of licensed driving experience, the ability to pass a non-DOT physical and background check, basic automotive knowledge, navigation and service-vehicle operation skills, and availability for a 24/7 schedule and mandatory overtime. The position does not offer visa sponsorship.
