Description
The Emergency Room Nurse Manager plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates nursing services in the Emergency Department, overseeing patient care, triage, staffing, patient flow, quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention and control, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness. The role supervises and develops nursing personnel, manages departmental resources and documentation, and supports hospital committees and budget planning. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Philippine nursing license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Trauma certificates, and at least 1–2 years of staff nurse experience.
