MedVet is hiring an Emergency Veterinary Technician - Relief for its Urgent Care team. The role involves evaluating and prioritizing incoming patients, assisting with assessments, treatments, and procedures, providing nursing care and client education, monitoring hospitalized patients, inducing and monitoring anesthesia and sedation, and performing laboratory testing. Prior veterinary experience is required, while previous emergency experience is desired; the position also requires proficiency in drug calculations, flexibility with work hours, and strong communication skills.
