Spektrum is seeking an Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Analyst to support Allied Command Transformation’s Capability Development and Management Support program. The role analyzes emerging technologies, assesses their applicability in military environments, develops adoption pathways and practical examples, supports technology-advantage planning and capability definitions, and engages with internal and external stakeholders. It is an on-site contract in Norfolk, Virginia, from January 2028 through December 2031, requiring a relevant bachelor’s degree and four years of post-related experience, or equivalent extensive experience, along with a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.
