Apple is hiring an OLED Display Engineer to design, characterize, and validate display prototypes, with a focus on the optoelectronic function of display pixels. The role involves defining electrical and optical performance specifications with suppliers, coordinating with cross-functional engineers and display vendors, developing testing protocols, reviewing test results, and collaborating on OLED display component design. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree plus 10 years of industry experience or a master's degree plus 5 years of experience, along with optoelectronic device experience and engineering software and test-equipment capabilities. International travel is expected, and a PhD, display industry product-development experience, and OLED or active-matrix flat-panel expertise are preferred.
