Sonoco is hiring an Emerging Leader Program associate for its Consumer Packaging Americas team at the Horsham, Pennsylvania facility. The role provides full-time hands-on experience, technical training, leadership development, coaching, and project work in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be students who will obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Systems by December 2026 or May 2027, have previous internship experience, proven leadership experience, technical aptitude, and strong communication skills. The position offers an annual base salary of $77,000–$85,000 for technical or engineering degrees, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
