Sonoco is hiring an Emerging Leader Program associate for its Consumer Packaging Americas team at the Columbus, Ohio facility. The full-time role provides hands-on experience, technical training, leadership development, coaching, and project work in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be students who will obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering by December 2026 or May 2027, have internship and leadership experience, and demonstrate technical aptitude and strong communication skills. The position offers an annual base salary of $77,000–$85,000 for technical or engineering degrees, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
