Walgreens is hiring an Emerging Store Manager to support the Store Manager and oversee front-end and pharmacy retail operations. The role supervises customer service associates and designated hitters, manages staffing, scheduling, customer service, merchandising, inventory, cash handling, compliance, store performance, and team development, while supporting pharmacy operations and serving as a pharmacy technician when necessary. The position requires leadership experience or a bachelor's degree/qualifying internship, completion of Walgreens leadership training, flexible availability, and willingness to advance to Store Manager.
