Description
The Pharmacy Operations Manager supervises customer service associates and designated hitters, manages the front end and pharmacy operations, leads and develops store team members, handles scheduling, cash management, inventory, compliance, safety, and performance management, and supports store sales and profitability. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent internship and supervisory experience, pharmacy technician licensure, English fluency, flexible scheduling, and willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager. The current salary range is $45,000 to $71,550.
