Description
The Pharmacy Operations Manager supervises customer service associates and designated hitters, manages the front end and pharmacy operations, leads and develops store team members, handles scheduling and cash management, monitors inventory and financial performance, and supports pharmacy operations during busy periods. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent internship or high school diploma with two years of supervisory experience, leadership and communication skills, English fluency, flexible scheduling, and willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager. The current salary range is $45,000 to $71,550.
