Description
The Pharmacy Operations Manager supervises customer service associates and designated hitters, manages the front end and pharmacy operations, leads and develops store team members, handles scheduling, cash management, inventory, compliance, safety, and performance improvement, and supports the Store Manager. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent internship or high school diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience, leadership and communication skills, English fluency, flexible scheduling, and willingness to accept promotion into a Store Manager position. The stated salary range is $45,000 to $71,550.
