Description
The Pharmacy and Retail Store Operations Manager supervises customer service associates and designated hitters, manages front-end and pharmacy operations, leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of direct reports, and supports the Store Manager in achieving store deliverables. The role oversees customer experience, scheduling, cash management, inventory, compliance, safety, training, and business performance analysis, while also serving as a pharmacy technician when needed. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, leadership and communication skills, English fluency, flexible scheduling, and completion of required training; the stated salary range is $45,000 to $71,550.
