State Street Investment Management is seeking an AVP–Emerging Technology and Transformation for Client Pathways to join its Client Experience Emerging Technology and Transformation team within the COO organization. The role is a hands-on AI developer responsible for designing, building, integrating, and evaluating end-to-end AI-driven solutions using Python, modern AI frameworks, multiple large language models, orchestration layers, prompt management, and agent workflows. The position also requires enterprise software engineering, SDLC, cloud-native architecture, security, architecture alignment, technical documentation, AI platform assessment, and cross-functional collaboration with AI/data, architecture, platform, and security teams. A master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and a few years of professional development experience focused on Python and AI solutions are required; financial-services or regulated-environment experience is preferred.
