Action Property Management is hiring a full-time Emissary/Access Control Officer for its Pacific Gate property in San Diego, California. The role provides constant security presence on the interior and exterior, patrols common areas, controls access, enforces community policies, and responds to resident and guest needs. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with compensation of $23–$24 per hour. Applicants need at least six months of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
