Description
Operates, maintains, calibrates, programs, troubleshoots, repairs, and fabricates instrumentation, data acquisition systems, test cells, rigs, hydraulic systems, shakers, and emission-testing equipment. The role supports engine and emissions testing, including Horiba MEXA, AVL SPC478, PN Counter, and FTIR systems; ensures test accuracy and data integrity; performs preventive maintenance and continuous improvement; maintains documentation, inventories, safety, and 5S standards; coordinates programs; and works with customers, suppliers, engineers, apprentices, and technicians across three shifts, including Sundays and holidays.
