Prevailance is seeking an Electromagnetic Operations & Electromagnetic Warfare Subject Matter Expert to support NATO Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation in Norfolk, Virginia. The role provides program management and capability-development support across DOTMLPFI lines, including requirements analysis, doctrine and policy development, capability lifecycle coordination, stakeholder engagement, and lessons-learned integration. The position is expected to work on-site with up to 40 days of travel annually and requires substantial EMO/EW, program/project management, multinational, and senior-leader briefing experience, along with a relevant degree or equivalent qualification and an active NATO SECRET or National SECRET security clearance. Compensation is $100,000-$150,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
