CASES is hiring a full-time Emotional Wellness Specialist to provide mental health, counseling, assessment, case management, crisis response, and referral services to young people ages 16–27 involved in the criminal justice system in Harlem. The role works primarily in the office and community, with flexible work-from-home options after the first 60 days, and requires a relevant master’s degree or bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of experience with young adults or families. The salary is $60,000–$70,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
