Description
Ashoka is seeking an Empathy Leader to lead and grow its Empathy initiative across South Asia. The role involves collaborating with Ashoka teams and senior stakeholders, building an integrated network of Fellows, movement partners, government agencies, publishers, media, youth and parent organizations, raising resources and revenue, and designing systems to extract insights from Ashoka Fellow innovations. Candidates should have a record of creating systemic change, scaling social impact, managing programs and budgets, and leading through influence and communication.
