Description
Empire is hiring in-field shop and field technicians/mechanics to troubleshoot, repair, recondition, and maintain generators, switchgear, automatic transfer switches, electrical systems, engines, and related components in field environments, including hyperscale data centers. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, current driver’s license, English communication ability, a skills assessment, and at least six months of related experience; Caterpillar experience and power-systems repair expertise are preferred. The position is on the first/Day shift, pays $21.90–$61.02 per hour, and may require travel, overtime, and work in adverse weather.
