Acrisure is hiring an Employee Benefits Client Advisor to drive new business, develop client relationships, and expand revenue across insurance and related financial services. The role combines consultative selling, CRM and AI-powered outreach, pipeline and forecasting, competitive analysis, and cross-functional proposal development. Candidates need at least two years of client-facing, client-advising, or business-development experience, with insurance experience preferred; a property and casualty license is preferred or obtainable. The position offers a base salary of $70,000 to $125,000, uncapped commission potential, and a hybrid work arrangement requiring on-site collaboration.
