OneAmerica Financial is hiring an Employee Benefits Operations Claims Training Manager to provide strategic leadership for learning, capability development, and workforce readiness across Business Operations and Claims. The role develops multi-year learning strategies, instructional design solutions, learning technologies, content governance, and performance metrics; partners with subject matter experts, quality, compliance, operations, and business leaders; and evaluates learning effectiveness through business outcomes. The position is hybrid in Portland, Maine, with occasional physical returns to offices in California, Indiana, or Maine, and offers an annual salary of $79,500 to $132,500 plus an annual incentive program.
