OneAmerica Financial is hiring a Group Retirement Officer to manage an assigned territory, achieve sales and renewal objectives, support the Regional Vice President’s marketing plan, conduct seminars, use Group Market Share, MiEdge, and Salesforce data, and recruit sales representatives and account managers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, a Life and Health license, and at least five years of sales experience in employee benefits or related sales and marketing. It is primarily remote, with periodic returns to offices in California, Indiana, or Maine, and offers a $50,000 base salary plus uncapped incentive compensation.
