Description
Acrisure is hiring a Senior Benefits Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employee benefits clients, develop coverage strategies, analyze and recommend improvements, coordinate renewals and open-enrollment activities, negotiate with carriers and vendors, oversee plan implementation, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role also includes mentoring junior account managers, collaborating with internal teams, and using agency technology tools. It requires at least five years of experience servicing small- and large-group employee benefit clients, an L&H license, and strong communication, critical-thinking, and technology skills; a bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred. The base compensation range is $110,000 to $130,000, with an on-site presence expected.
