Acrisure is hiring an Employee Benefits Client Advisor to drive new business, develop client relationships, and expand revenue across insurance and related financial services. The role involves building qualified pipelines, converting leads, delivering tailored proposals, using CRM and AI tools, forecasting, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least two years of client-facing, client-advising, or business-development experience, with insurance experience preferred, and must hold a Life and Health license. The position offers a base compensation range of $70,000–$150,000, progressive commission, and hybrid work with an on-site presence.
