Axon is hiring an Employee Enablement and Training Program Manager for its Professional Services organization to design, launch, and continuously improve scalable onboarding, role-readiness, and employee-development programs. The role partners with managers and subject matter experts to create competency frameworks, learning paths, proficiency milestones, coaching tools, and measurable learning experiences, while using data and AI-powered tools to improve effectiveness. It is based at Axon’s Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters with 0–30% travel and reports to the Senior Manager, Operations.
