Sabre is hiring an Employee Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity Manager to lead employee engagement strategy, inclusion and diversity communications, stakeholder collaboration, change-management support, and integrated internal communications. The role partners with HR, People Team, executive leaders, and business teams to improve employee experience, morale, retention, culture, connection, and belonging across a global workforce. Responsibilities include designing engagement programs and campaigns, analyzing survey and feedback data, advising leaders, and creating content for email, intranet, video, and leadership messaging.
